Individual Leadership
Corporate coaching for leaders and SLT members (CEO, B, B-1)
Introduction
The coaching process I lead combines structure with flexibility. We begin with a Discovery Session and a leadership diagnostic (Leadership Circle Profile™ and feedforward). From there, we concentrate on a single critical transformational objective - the One Big Thing Goal - and work on it throughout regular sessions. This is the core of the process. Along the way, we measure progress using a dedicated tool (PULSE™) our focus is on an objective picture of change.
The engagement concludes with a closing session that consolidates progress and sets the direction for continued development.
The engagement also includes space for brief between-session support - one 15-minute call between every two sessions, included in the fee. In critical situations, full-length ad hoc sessions can be scheduled.

In particular, it significantly elevates trust within the team.

Regular 1:1 coaching
Regular coaching sessions
Drawing on the results of the Leadership Circle Profile™, the first sessions following the debrief are used to identify a single, overarching development objective — the One Big Thing Goal.
Subsequent sessions combine reflection on current challenges with experimentation around new mindsets and ways of operating. Each session serves as an opportunity for fine-tuning leadership behaviors. Progress is monitored at regular intervals using PULSE™ surveys.
The final 1:1 session at this stage serves as a process wrap-up, during which coach and coachee exchange consolidated feedback on the changes achieved.
