Coaching only works when the client feels the coach understands their world. I know that from personal experience.
“Been there, done that”
I worked under high pressure. I managed through crisis. And for a long time, I was the one who had to keep everything together – even when I was barely holding it together myself.
I don’t speak about stress as a theorist. I know sleepless nights. I know exhaustion. And that distinct feeling when every metric is green – but you’re still running on empty.
That is precisely why I work with leaders who find themselves in that position with such care. Because I know firsthand – it doesn’t have to be this way. You can grow professionally and lead at the highest level – without sacrificing your health or the people who matter most.
In my work, I help leaders discover how to operate from intention – not fear. Leadership should be a source of energy and inspiration, not a burden that depletes you. But getting there requires self-awareness, a genuine willingness to change, and the courage to challenge ingrained behaviors.
Leadership should be simpler. Less draining. Leaders should feel at peace on a Sunday – not dread Monday before it arrives. They should know how to manage, and who to manage. How to communicate. How to listen. How to invest in their people – and still deliver results.
It’s achievable. It starts with knowing yourself.
A Track Record of Expanding Responsibility
My career is defined by a steady expansion of scope and responsibility.
I started in Poland as a lawyer supporting sales, marketing, and business risk management. I went on to lead an entire legal department at the national level, serving as a board partner and owning key strategic decisions. From there, I moved into a regional role spanning more than a dozen European markets – navigating the complexity of diverse cultures, legal systems, and business expectations. My final corporate chapter took me to the United States, where as Vice President and Associate General Counsel I led a team of American attorneys and drove international projects independently.
That trajectory – from local to regional to global – gave me a firsthand understanding of just how complex and demanding leadership in large organizations can be.
