Introduction
Not everyone prefers coaching in its classic form. Some individuals choose to work on their development with a therapist, or independently, through self-directed reflection. The Leadership Package — Diagnostic & Development Plan is designed precisely for those individuals.
This is a concise, high-intensity process that brings clarity to your leadership profile and establishes a solid baseline for future action. The starting point is the Leadership Circle Profile™ assessment — a comprehensive leadership diagnostic that integrates your own perspective (self-assessment) with input from key stakeholders in your professional environment. From there, over the course of three sessions, we work through the LCP results, identify your One Big Thing Goal — the single most critical development objective — and define the specific actions and behaviors that will actively drive progress toward that goal.
Upon completion of the program, you walk away with a clear, data-driven development roadmap: you know where you stand today, what needs to be addressed, and where to begin in order to systematically elevate the quality of your leadership.

Each reviewer completes the assessment in 20-40 minutes
The report is strictly confidential and is delivered exclusively to the coachee by the coach. No third party has access to the report. The coachee may choose to share it at their own discretion, but is under no obligation to do so.
