I know what it’s like when the pressure doesn’t clock out when you do. When your body’s in bed, but your mind is still running through scenarios from the day — fueled by adrenaline and cortisol until 4 AM.

I’ve operated in high-stakes environments. I’ve led through crisis. And for a long time, I was the one expected to hold it all together — even when I was barely holding myself together. I’m not talking about stress from a textbook. I know insomnia. I know exhaustion. And I know that strange feeling when everything looks like a win on paper, but you’re running on empty.

That’s exactly why I approach leaders in similar situations with such intentionality today. Because I also know there’s another way. You can grow, you can scale, you can deliver — without sacrificing your health or your relationships in the process.

In my work, I partner with leaders to help them operate from a place of intention, not fear. I want leadership to be a source of energy and inspiration — not a weight that drains you. A track record of expanding scope and accountability

My career has been a story of progressively scaling responsibility and impact.

I started in Poland as legal counsel supporting sales and marketing, with a primary focus on protecting the business. From there, I moved into leading the entire legal function at the country level — becoming a trusted partner to the executive team and owning key strategic decisions. Next, I stepped into a regional role spanning over a dozen European markets, where I learned to navigate the complexity of diverse cultures, legal frameworks, and business expectations. The final chapter brought me to the United States, where I served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel — leading a team of U.S.-based attorneys and independently driving cross-border initiatives.

This trajectory — from local, to regional, to global — taught me firsthand how complex and demanding leadership in large-scale organizations can be.
